In-house testing

350 Bar Hydraulic Testing Facility

In-house testing up to 350 bar & 200 LPM.

Tested before it leaves our factory. Every applicable hydraulic power pack we build is run on our own bench before dispatch, so the unit that arrives at your machine has already proven itself under pressure. Testing takes place at our Talwade, Pune facility, where power packs are pressure- and flow-checked using calibrated gauges, flow measurement and instrumentation.

The figures below describe our bench capability — up to 350 bar and 200 LPM. Each unit is tested at conditions appropriate to its own rated duty, and a pre-dispatch test certificate is issued with every applicable unit.

What we test

Checked under pressure, not on your shop floor

Our in-house test process typically includes the checks below. What applies to any given power pack depends on its design and rated duty, so the exact test conditions are set per unit and confirmed on enquiry.

  • Working pressure verified against the unit's rated duty
  • Flow output checked under load
  • Relief-valve and pressure settings confirmed
  • Leakage checks across joints, ports and seals
  • Functional operation of the hydraulic circuit
  • Motor and pump operation observed running
  • Control functionality checked, where applicable

Why pre-dispatch testing matters

Reliability starts before delivery

A hydraulic power pack that is commissioned for the first time on your machine is an unknown. If a relief valve is mis-set, a joint weeps, or flow falls short under load, you find out during installation — often with the machine down and a line waiting.

Testing every unit under pressure before it ships moves that discovery back to our bench, where it is cheap to fix. It means smoother commissioning, fewer surprises during start-up, and less risk of avoidable downtime once the unit is in production. The test certificate that ships with the unit records the conditions it was verified against, so your team knows exactly what arrived.

The short version

Prove it here, not there.

Every applicable power pack is run under pressure on our bench first — so the unit that reaches your machine is a known quantity, backed by a pre-dispatch test certificate.

Testing FAQ

Questions engineers ask about our testing

Do all units get tested?

Yes. Every applicable hydraulic power pack we build is run on our own test bench before it leaves the factory. Our in-house test process typically checks pressure, flow, relief-valve settings, leakage and functional operation, so the unit has already proven itself under pressure before it reaches your shop floor.

Do I get a test certificate?

Yes — a pre-dispatch test certificate is issued with every applicable unit, recording the test conditions the power pack was verified against before dispatch. If you have a specific documentation format in mind, tell us with your enquiry and we will confirm what we can provide.

What is your maximum test pressure?

Our in-house testing capability extends up to 350 bar pressure and 200 LPM flow. Each unit is tested at conditions appropriate to its rated duty; capability figures describe the maximum our bench can reach, not the rating of any one power pack.
