Founded in 1991, Suyog Hydrosystems is one of the oldest dedicated hydraulic power pack manufacturers in Pune. For over three decades we have designed, built, assembled and pressure-tested hydraulic power units for machine tools, special-purpose machines, presses and heavy industry — earning a reputation for premium quality and best-in-class reliability.

Leadership
Suyog Hydrosystems is led by people who have spent their careers inside hydraulics and disciplined project delivery.
Ex-Vickers, with 40+ years of experience in hydraulics, Mr. Sawant founded Suyog Hydrosystems in 1991 and set the engineering standards the company is still known for. His background with one of the world's most respected hydraulic names shapes how every power pack is designed, built and proven.
A PMP-certified project manager, Suyog Sawant leads execution and delivery — bringing formal project-management discipline to timelines, documentation and quality so that large, complex hydraulic projects are delivered predictably and on schedule.
Certifications & qualifications
Our systems and our people are formally certified — because in hydraulics, documentation and traceability are part of the product.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 — consistent processes, traceability and continual improvement across design, manufacturing and testing.
Welding procedures and welders are qualified and certified by IRS (Indian Register of Shipping) — and that qualification is actively maintained, so fabricated tanks and assemblies meet recognised standards.
Every applicable power pack is proven on our own bench up to 650 bar and 200 LPM and ships with a pre-dispatch test certificate.
