Engineered to your machine

Custom Hydraulic Power Units

Engineered to spec — up to 650 bar and 200 LPM, with any pump, valve and control philosophy, machine interface, cooling and filtration. When a standard pack does not fit the duty, we design the whole power unit around what your machine actually needs.

Overview

Built around the duty, not a catalogue

A custom hydraulic power unit is engineered from the actuator outward. We start from your working pressure, cycle time and actuator volume, then select the pump, motor, valving, reservoir and controls that deliver it reliably — and package it to fit the space and the interface your machine allows. Nothing is fixed in advance; the build is defined by the application.

That covers a wide envelope: low-pressure clamping through to high-pressure press and forming duty up to about 650 bar, and flows to roughly 200 LPM for fast cycles or multiple stations. Gear, vane or piston pumps; fixed or variable displacement; manifold-mounted directional, pressure, flow and proportional valves; and manual, solenoid, PLC-ready or proportional control — matched to how the machine has to run.

Where continuous duty raises heat load we add air or water oil-cooling; where oil cleanliness matters we specify suction, pressure and return-line filtration to a target class. Every applicable unit is assembled and pressure-tested in our own Pune facility. Figures here are typical / illustrative and the final specification is confirmed by a Suyog engineer on enquiry — there is no fixed price list.

Where they fit

Applications

Custom units suit higher-pressure, multi-station and machine-integrated duties.

Engineered to spec

Options

What can be defined on a custom hydraulic power unit — nothing here is off-limits to change.

In-house testing

Tested to 650 bar / 200 LPM before dispatch

Custom units are proven on our own bench. Pressure, flow and functional operation are verified, and each applicable unit ships with a pre-dispatch test certificate.

Warranty

1-year warranty

Applicable new units carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship, from date of dispatch, under normal use and correct installation. Full terms are confirmed with your order.

Questions

Frequently asked

What pressure and flow can a custom power unit reach?

Custom hydraulic power units are engineered up to about 650 bar and 200 LPM — the limits of our in-house test bench. Within that envelope the working pressure and flow are set by your duty and cycle time, and confirmed on enquiry.

Can I choose the pump, valves and control philosophy?

Yes. Gear, vane or piston pumps in fixed or variable displacement; directional, pressure, flow and proportional valves on a manifold; and manual, solenoid, PLC-ready or proportional control. The whole hydraulic and electrical scheme is built around your machine.

Do you handle the machine interface, cooling and filtration?

Yes. We match port sizes, connections and mounting to your machine, add air or water oil-cooling where the heat load requires it, and specify suction, pressure and return-line filtration to your target oil cleanliness.

Is a custom unit tested before dispatch?

Yes. Every applicable custom power unit is run on our in-house bench up to 650 bar and 200 LPM, with pressure, flow and functional operation verified, and ships with a pre-dispatch test certificate.
