Standard range
Ready-to-specify, fast-to-buy hydraulic power packs for clamping and fixtures. Typical builds run 1–5 HP and up to 175 bar — proven configurations you can shortlist quickly and have on the machine sooner.
Overview
A standard hydraulic power pack is built from configurations we make routinely, so there is little to engineer from scratch. That keeps them quick to quote, quick to build and easy to support — the practical choice when your duty is clamping, fixture actuation or light auxiliary hydraulics rather than a special high-pressure or multi-station requirement.
Typical units pair a 1–5 HP motor with a gear pump and a compact steel reservoir, deliver pressure up to about 175 bar, and use a simple pressure-and-directional valve arrangement sized to the job. Level and temperature switches, a pressure gauge and a return-line filter are usual inclusions. Where you need more — higher pressure, more flow, proportional control, cooling or a machine interface — a custom hydraulic power unit is engineered to spec instead.
Every applicable pack is assembled and pressure-tested in our own Pune facility before it ships. The figures on this page are typical / illustrative reference points to help you shortlist — they are not a fixed specification or price list, and the exact build is confirmed by a Suyog engineer on enquiry.
Reference build
Indicative parameters for a standard clamping / fixture power pack. Typical — confirmed on enquiry.
| Parameter | Typical / illustrative |
|---|---|
| Operating pressure | up to 175 bar (typ.) |
| Flow rate | ~4 – 18 LPM (typ., to duty) |
| Motor | 1 – 5 HP, 415 V / 3-ph, 50 Hz (typ.) |
| Pump type | Gear pump (fixed displacement) |
| Tank / reservoir | 20 – 63 L steel (typ.) |
| Control | Pressure & directional valves; manual or solenoid |
| Mounting | Vertical tank-top or foot-mounted (typ.) |
| Weight / dimensions | Compact floor / machine-side footprint — confirmed per build |
Typical — confirmed on enquiry. Figures are indicative reference values, not a final specification or price list. Motor, pump, pressure, flow, tank volume and valving are matched to your application and confirmed by a Suyog engineer before quoting.
Where they fit
Standard packs suit clamping and fixture duties across machine tools and light automation.
Configure
Common additions available on standard packs. Anything beyond these moves the build to a custom power unit.
In-house testing
No pack leaves our factory untested. Each applicable unit is run on our own bench — pressure, flow and functional operation verified — and ships with a pre-dispatch test certificate.
Applicable new units carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship, from date of dispatch, under normal use and correct installation. Full terms are confirmed with your order.
A datasheet for your confirmed configuration is provided with your quote. Request via the contact form → or email sales@suyoghydrosystems.com.
Questions
Our standard hydraulic power packs are typically built around 1–5 HP motors and operate up to about 175 bar, which suits most clamping, fixture and light actuation duties. These are typical figures — the exact motor, pressure and flow are confirmed on enquiry for your machine.
A standard power pack is a ready-to-specify configuration chosen from familiar building blocks, so it is quick to quote and quick to build. When your duty needs higher pressure or flow, special valving, cooling or a machine interface, a custom hydraulic power unit is engineered to spec instead.
Yes. Every applicable unit is run on our in-house test bench, with pressure, flow and functional operation verified, and ships with a pre-dispatch test certificate. Our bench is rated to 650 bar and 200 LPM.
Yes. A datasheet for your confirmed configuration is available on request — send your requirement through the contact form or by email and we will provide the specification along with your quote.
